Prices per night

Low season rates: 16th April to 14th December $250 US
High season rates: 15th December to 15th April $350 US

Payment terms

50% is payable on acceptance of the booking with the balance payable one month prior to arrival.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit of 2 nights rental is necessary on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure less damages.
